Nice place for a walk. The reserve has entry from Tirotai Cres, Westmere Park Ave and Garnet Rd. It is a part of the Weona Westmere Coastal walkway. Very picturesque and well maintained too. Ideal for a picnic. Large trees ensure the shade area for kids to play around....

It is a very pleasant quiet spot. The view is great, you can see Meola Reef and Point Chevalier from a different angle. Not sure it is the best place for a picnic, there's no playground for the children, but it's an excellent place to pause while doing the Westmere...
