Meola Reef Reserve (Te Tokaroa) — Attraction in Waitematā

Locals call this place Meola reef. It is a great place to run your dog - but there are often lots of other dogs there which can be a problem for some. So for me, I'd give it two stars as a dog park. In winter parts of the dog run area are a bit muddy. In adddition to the dog park, this is a great place to do a walk with sweeping view of the harbour bridge. Maltese Shitzu named Snaga gets so excited when he sees the park from the car window. He loves this park so much, he can't wait to get of car... all the sound of barking and crying... and teary eyes.
