Rosello is managed by an Italian family originally from Sardinia, and is located in Moss old town, not far from the train station. On the menu you find quite simple dishes (mainly pasta and pizza) but these guys are really obsessed (like many italians often are) with using the original recipes and imported ingredients. So you will get guanciale and pecorino on your carbonara (and no cream) according to the tradition, and the pizzas dough will be crisp and light as a cloud.
