B-Dubs Panama — Restaurant in Bella Vista

The Mini Burgers looked nice but the meat was dry and tasteless. House sampler was ok, the only thing I would recommend are the wings. They aren't the biggest but I guess they are alright, the sauces make up for that...

They didn't have Blazing Hot so I didn't get to try their hottest sauce but the Mango Habanero was good, sweet taste with good heat from the Habanero. My tolerance is high and I had no problem eating them but for the average joe, this would be very spicy so beware.

Asian Zing was a step down on their heat index and again, great taste + good heat. This would probably be the sweet and spicy wing to get for those who want the best of both worlds.

Hot Garlic was way too salty IMO, didn't like them at all.

Oh and the sangria from the 2x1 promotion is a joke, they are prob half or even a bit less of what a regular glass would be any other place. Also, you must have both of them, you can't share the 2x1 with someone else (which is the first time I hear this).

The ribs from the all you can eat were ok, nothing special, they also come out really slow when ordering more.

Service was also so so, for example, ordered two glasses of water (because we weren't served or asked) half way through the food and...

Service was horrible ! Had four different servers each worse than the other. Apparently all busy learning new drinks at the bar.

Table had sticky goo all over it and when I asked for it to be cleaned server brought me an extra napkin. No liquid to clean it with and told me to use water from my glass.

Ordered three different beers with the server going off somewhere and coming back to say it was not in stock. When server finally brought the third beer she told me should have ordered a Budweiser.

Server tossed our food on the table and just walked away even though we told her both of our orders were wrong.

I had to ask one of the earlier servers at the bar learning drinks to correct our orders. That server said I needed to tell the other server because she handed us off to her.

When we finally got the correct orders, the food was cold and the portions were for a child. (Each was supposed to be a full portion a hot meal).

When I gave a 15% tip (which was far more than she deserved), she threw the receipt at me !

Food was fine but this was the most terrible service I've had in Panama! Waitress and waiters would talk to each other and wouldn't show up to see if you needed something. We went there after 3 pm and service was really bad even though it was empty. We ordered cheeseburgers and we don't really know how to speak spanish but I told the waitress that I wanted mu burger "medio rojo" and she said it was "tres quartos". I speak portuguese which is kind of similar to spanish, then I checked online and I saw tres quartos was medium well, so I called the waitress again and another waiter came by, so I showed the picture of how I wanted my burger (medium or medium rare) and asked him if this was tres quartos and he said that it was 3/4. When those cheesburgers came... of course it was well done. My husband called the waitress again and she said that our burgers was tres quartos and didn't even ask if we wanted to get a new one. After that, we've waited for more than 10 minutes to get our check because there were 3 waiters but none of them would show up. They just showed up when...
