just now Ate here a couple of weeks ago, and when leaving I unfortunately left my wallet on the table. Returned half an hour later when I’d realised it was not in my bag, and the staff told me it wasn’t there. Checked cctv and the only person that had been to the table where I had left the wallet was the waiter who had cleaned the table. I could see my wallet on the cctv yet staff tried to convince me that it was not my wallet, so it was my word against theirs, although I am 100% certain that the member of staff who cleared the table had stolen my wallet with £500 dollars in. Ordered and paid online for collection as I was staying nearby, I went at the instructed time and there was a queue for the ordering station, I tried to inform staff I had a paid online order and they dismissed me, I had to wait 15 minutes in the queue while others ordered and had payment issues.. not good enough. There should be a designated collection point or staff should be able to just hand the pizza over once they can see it was paid for, my pizza was cold when I got it thanks to the wait, lots of staff wandering around looking lost and one rude girl at the payment counter who seemed to be micromanaging everything. During my visit from Dallas to Panama, I had the pleasure of trying the pizza at this local establishment, and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly balanced, the sauce was flavorful, and the toppings were fresh. The restaurant had a warm ambiance, and the staff were friendly. While there were minor waiting time and seating space issues, they didn't overshadow the fantastic flavors and quality of the pizza. A must-visit for pizza...
