La Plaza de La Bandera en estos tiempos de pandemia se ha convertido en centro de las actividades al aire libre. La mayoría de los profesores cumplen los con los protocolos y mantener el distanciamiento social. Las principales actividades que se práctican son Full Body, X-Box, Funcional, Bailes y Danzas entre otros. Asi mismo los domingos se celebran las ceremonias en homenaje a La Bandera por los diferentes grupos militares existentes.

Buena plaza donde personas de reúnen a realizar actividades como practicar caporales, impro de baile y también se desarrollan algunos eventos municipales de Breña y Pueblo libre, zona muy tranquila.

La bandera es majestuosa, pero recuerda que solo la puedes ver domingos de 8:30am a 5:30pm.

En las mañanas parecen reunirse a hacer actividades físicas. Es un lugar despejado, tranquilo y espacioso, perfecto para ese tipo de actividades.
