Towel Scam (June 2024) Upon checkout they are charging me with 2 missing towel (500 each) and 1 stained towel (300 each), i didnt believe that its missing 2 towels so i went up to my 2 rooms we stayed and counted the towels right in front of the front desk attendant and boom! They are all accounted so i went down to complain about it, instead they are now changing the topic and said i need to pay 300 for the stained towel, upon checking the towel they are charging me with, it was evidently an old stained due to its appearance embedded on the inner lining on the towel, i was so angry and it took me almost 2 hours just to argue about the useless towel charges and upon discovery, most of their guests are complaining about it so i called it “the towel scam” you will notice upon check in about the form they will let you sign stating that you will be charge if towels are stained-with highlighted form-so this is frequently happening. i will definitely not to stay again at this hotel. Im a frequent traveller and of all those hotels ive stayed locally and abroad, this hotel was the worst one on top of my list. Poor customer service, un empathetic front desk attendants and too many hidden charges. Try to observe guests during check in and check out, there’s always a commotion and confrontations going on. Never again 456 Hotel

Luxury? Not sure what others stayed because this place is not by any means luxurious. Mold in the bathrooms grew overnight, looking like your 85 year old grandad's ear holes. Mildew on caulking inside the shower, inside the sink. Now we know why my partner suddenly had fits of coughs throughout our stay. My elderly in-laws had to switch rooms as they had complained of strong sewar smells . The staff responded by attempting to cover up with scented air freshener but demanded to have a different room, which they finally were given. The building was just dirty, trash, and empty cups lingering in halls for days in plain sight. And the carpet, jesus...foul and tattered. Made you feel dirty just being inside. Thankfully there was enough to see and do around to not have to sit inside all day. The only pros to this place is it's location to Burham Park. That's it. And the only reason we chose to continue our stay was due to the 2025 Panagbenda parade going on and lack of rooms available in town. At checkout we informed staff of the conditions, showed photos (we have more) but all they could do is apologize. Unacceptable. Disappointing. Don't stay here unless you have to. I would give less stars if I could, this hotel is more like a Motel 6.

Booked this Hotel from Agoda as it was the only DOT Accredited hotel with a fair and reasonable price. Entry to the hotel via the parking was a little tough. Parking was steep and spaces are tight. Lowered cars should be careful. We checked in at around 12am. The staff was very friendly. Guards assisted us immediately. At the lobby, we were required to provide our agoda booking ID, a government ID, and present our QR code which we secured prior to entering Baguio. They would also ask you details about your covid-19 vaccination status, etc. Our room was standard. We were given our hotel kit that contained a toothbrush, soap, and shampoo. Nothing exceptional and unique. What I remember the most though was that I requested for a non-smoking room, we were also told several times that smoking isn't allowed in the room, and yet, upon entering the room, the first thing you would notice and smell is the scent of cigars. Opening the exhaust helped, but still a little disappointing.

Wonderful (non-smoking) hotel in a GREAT location...near the central business district but quiet enough for one to relax.. though construction is still ongoing- (they did put it on hold for the holidays)..I am glad that I was informed earlier of this and was given the chance to modify my reservation.. their prompt response to my queries helped. Staff (front desk, housekeeping, porters/bellhops, security) also are very helpful and are always cordial and are willing to listen and entertain queries and what-have-yous.. I was able to get a city-view room (View of SM City Baguio and the Cathedral and the like) ..and i was able to watch the spectacular fireworks display of the city on the first of January. (They also offered their rooftop to & for their guests to watch the fireworks display.. the view was breathtaking..!One thing to consider if you plan to visit next year during New Year..)

I had an advance booking 2 months prior I made sure that I will be staying to the room that I want thats why I booked advance, when I arrived the room given to me was far from the room I requested to 2 months ago lol I refuse to accept the room they are giving me and demanded for different room right away they gave me the room I want at first the room they gave me is near the corner of elevator you window view will be near elevator where you lack privacy , second they don’t have room service you can only consume your food in dinning area which I found very odd because I saw other rooms being clean up there are plates and utensils third ai request for AC in room I follow up for like 4 times but they never assist me the hotel is okay but the service was NOT we only stayed to nights and move to other hotel.

Room: Atrium View (1999/night) stayed here for 4 nights Room service was excellent. Breakfast for check-in guests is priced at 100 pesos/meal. Burnham park is 5 minute walk away from the hotel. They have a private bathroom for every room which includes hot and cold shower and hair dryer. The room was clean and spacious with many storage area. No refrigerator, no aircon but with a fan (you won't really need an aircon). If you just want a place to sleep and take a shower since you'll be going on a tour for most time of the day, this hotel will be a smart choice. If you want to stay in, I would not really recommend this hotel since it gets noisy from other rooms during daytime. They also have a Chinese restaurant. The food was delicious but the serving of the meat was small.
