The boats here are rented normally by the hour. I believe you can go as far at 6 people in the boat and there really is no best time to rent a boat - but best to go in a group. Nice to even bring your own food, and eat it while doing the boat ride. Note: MASSAGES also done but discreetly and at the sides of the park under the trees.
