Rizal Park — Attraction in Baguio

I came across an old woman who fell on the steps in Burnham Park almost an hour ago. I hope the city can put lights on the stairs of the said park. This is the second time I encountered fall accident in Burnham Park. I did first aid by stopping the bleeding coming from the nose and mouth then referred to ER for further management. Its amazing how a small city/town can provide a dedication for our country's national hero. Unfortunately the locals and tourist just dishonor him by making this beautiful place into a big trash bin. Instead of flowers and plants you will see piles of garbage from sticks, placti cups, unfinished foods etc. I hope there would be more trash bins and people who would maintain such magnificent park. Also the exsisting plants needs alot of tender...
