This place was recommended to me by a friend so I can try it out. It initially looked okay since their front desk was renovated and the front desk lady was all smiles. But when we headed to our unit, the kitchen was disgusting! As seen in my picture, there are dirty stains at the edge of the kitchen with maggots crawling around. It had a repulsive smell accompanied with it. When we talked to the manager about this (guy wearing glasses) he had a rude tone in his voice. He kept saying it was our fault and that we should even pay for that stain. But when we told him we just checked in even if you ask the front desk about it he still stood by his words that it was our fault. E d wow. Sadly, we had to leave immediately if that was the case. I paid for everything but we did not stay in that disgusting unit. The only solace I find here is the front desk, security guard, and the maintenance man all saying sorry and saying their manager is just the devil incarnate. On April 29, 2023, we had an unpleasant experience with unit 4F and I do not recommend it. The pictures of the unit can be deceiving. When we entered the unit, there was an unpleasant smell and the floor was covered in dust that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. In addition, the sink in the kitchen had drainage issues and there was leftover rice in the rice cooker. The housekeeper who let us in was rude and unprofessional. When we decided to cancel our booking on the same day, we were not refunded the reservation fee, which is expected and understandable. However, on top of that reservation fee, they demanded an additional payment of 3,000 pesos, which was frustrating. Yung rice cooker is damage and yung tv na sinabe nilang may netflix, it took them 5 days bago namin nagamit. Nung dumating na yung untility at nag linis na sila. Nung sinilip ko yung CR may mga buhok pang kumpol at yung carton nang tissue is nakakalat pa. Yung map na ginamit nila sa paglinis, iniwan nila sa cr hanggang sa bumaho na. Di ako yung klase nang tao mareklamo pero di talaga pasok na standard hygiene. Wala din silang iniwang basurahan. Nung 4th day na saka pa nila nilagyan. Inexplain pa nila na yung previous na gumamit daw yung dahilan kaya madumi na yung sofa. Diba dapat bago nyo i offer yung unit, sure kayo na maayos at malinis. Like, sinong matutuwang matulog nang first and second day sa Sala dahil sa sobrang alikabok nang kwarto. Yung beddings nila parang may tagos pa. Tapus yung electric fan 5th day na din bago nila nalinis. Di ko na din mabilang yung ipis na napatay namin. Now sasabihin nyong reklamador kami. Just to remind you. Araw ang bayad namin sa unit nyo at malaking halaga ang binigay namin. Diba dapat we get what we paid for. Dapat ininform nyo kami ahead of time na ganon pala ang nangyayare sa unit nyo para di na kayo ang binook namin. FYI. Sa ilang beses kong punta jan sa Baguio kayo ang pinaka worst. We appreciate the discount na innoffer nyo na 1000 pesos for all the hardship.
