Positive: Breakfast is good
Negative Blanket was too thin for the cold weather. I have to request for another 1 which they granted for a fee.
The bathroom needs maintenance and deep cleaning.
We booked for 5 days and 4 nights but they only gave us complimentary hygiene kit (mini soap, shampoo and toilet paper) good for 1 day. Nevermind the soap and shampoo, because travellers usually brought their own. But for toilet paper rolls, you have to pay them thrice its usual price if you ask them for another roll. We just bought 3 rolls outside.
During our 4th night, a group of people were loudly chattering just near the lobby where the frontdesk is located. Our room was located in the first floor and the noise was too much to bear and we were not able to sleep properly because we were continously waken by their sudden burst of laughter as if the frontdesk officer just a few steps away from them cannot hear them. They were chattering and laughing until 3AM in which I had enough and complained about the noise using agoda chat. But nobody responded and the noise continued until 4am and they probably decided to sleep.
Their free Wifi was too weak in our room. I have to go the lobby for a stronger connection. I can't even use my mobile data because there was no network service...
Read more"Worst Hotel Experience Ever"
We had an extremely bad experience staying at Henrico Hotel. We had a lot of complaints. The only good thing was the hotel location is pretty near to the places that we’re going to. My colleagues and I are frequent travelers so we basically know what a budget room looks like. Before we got there we thought our hotel accommodation will make us have a good night sleep after our long distance travel. Surprisingly when we arrived, we were given a very dusty small room with rusty windows, no TV and AC, dirty electric fan and mattresses/bed covers/pillowcases which we’re not even sure if it was newly washed & dry. The bed frame was not even sturdy so it tends to shake when we move a little. Not to mention there was no towel provided, not even after we already complained about it. (Take note: Budget rooms are normally for backpackers travelling light so it’s already given that towels should be provided based on the number of guests in each room.) So how do you think we can sleep well in that matter? It really sucks! Their website showed us photos that look far different from the room they gave us. We’re so disappointed! Worst hotel that we’ve been to. We’ll never go back and stay with that hotel...
Read moreWe had a fantastic time staying at your hotel from January 4th to 7th, 2024. We booked a room for 5, and it's nice. The service was excellent; the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind, and they provided unlimited coffee, juice, and water throughout our stay. The included breakfast was delicious, and the toiletries in our room were complete and well-prepared. Everytime na dadaan ata kami sa reception, they greet us: good afternoon, good morning, haha
A major bonus was the convenient location, especially the easy walk to Burnham Park without needing a taxi. Near SM Baguio and the BUS TERMINAL! The shower heater functioned perfectly, and the on-site restaurant on the ground floor was my favorite feature. It saved us the hassle of searching for breakfast every morning, and the food was fantastic.
We have only three minor suggestions. First, adding some hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes would be helpful. Second, consider resurfacing the steep road leading up to the hotel, as it can be tiring to climb. Finally, the TV wasn't working during our stay, but it wasn't a major concern as we spent most of our time exploring Baguio.
Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we'd highly recommend your hotel to...
