Expect their prices to be twice or thrice the amount on the original retail price. Spent around 10k for my pet but never improved and wanted me to keep coming back for more "consultation" which was just them giving me more things to buy. I don't recommend their checkups because it feels like they don't look at your pet long enough or even listen to your worries long enough for them to figure it out non negligently. Which isnt the issue of the vets, but the clinic itself because they have so many staffs but only 1 or 2 will come out to see you. If I hadn't switched out my vet I think my pet would be dead now. When i did the switch, the new vet also prescribed better suited medication that this clinic didnt have. Also told me a bunch of what they prescribed like medicated shampoos and whatnot were actually not needed. I ended up with more good things with around paying 2k somewhere else and my pet is improving. This clinic do not print ultrasound results which is absurd because getting it done is so expensive.
If you don't have a choice, just ask the vet what the medications needed looks like and take pictures and buy them somewhere else. I think my pet also contracted distemper from this clinic, because I have done multiple blood tests and symptoms only started after 3 visits from them.
None of these are the problems of the staff, I think they were definitely somewhat forced by the clinic. Thank god the vet was somewhat competent and really tried to help my pet. I just wished they gave me more information on how to help my pet better instead of selling me...
Read moreI POSTED THIS BECAUSE U GUYS DIDN'T GIVE MY CAT OXGEN SUPPLIES, (U TRANSFER MY CAT OUT OF OXGEN TANK AND CLAIMING THE OXYGEN STLL ON, IF U CAN PROVIDE CCTV WITH EVIDENCE , I WILLL DELETE THIS AND APOLOGIZE ) NOT BECAUSE FIPV TEST. Do not go to this hospital. I took my cat there because it was breathing through its mouth and seemed unable to get enough air. After a series of tests (X-ray and blood tests) found no issues, the hospital insisted on doing a virus test.
I have over five years of experience raising cats, and I knew that my cat’s condition was not caused by a virus. When I refused the virus test, the hospital also refused to provide my cat with oxygen treatment.
At first, the video they showed me confirmed that my cat was in a sealed enclosure receiving oxygen. However, in a later update, the video showed that they were using an open cage instead. When I questioned them, they claimed they were supplying oxygen through a tube to my cat’s nose, but there was no visible sign of this in the video.
I found their actions irresponsible, so I decided to pick up my cat at 1 AM. However, they told me that I would have to pay an additional $1,350, despite the fact that I had already paid for a night's hospitalization and oxygen therapy. By the way, FIPV can never be accurately diagnosed using rapid test strips. The only reliable methods are a combination of X-ray and biochemical test results or a PCR test. Currently, there are no reliable FIPV test strips available...
