Current opinions: Night market offers an array of choices in food and beverages; from ihaw2 to fried goodies, desserts and juice stalls. When you're in DVO, the night market is a must to eat for dinner or a quick snack. This place is a great place for eating and chilling with family and friends. β€β€
According to a police officer I talked to, the strip runs at around half a kilometer long (approximately 500meters) with 2,000+ kiosks participating and operating every 4 months (reshuffling of kiosks is implemented so that all store owners have a chance to conduct their operation). Kiosks start setting up their pwestos at around 5:00pm and closes at around 1:00 to 2:00 am.
*Positive points: Located along Roxas Ave beside Aldevinco building. After shopping in Aldevinco, you can grab a quick snack in here. Policemen, i must commend. They checked everyone who enters the market strip and they are dispersed everywhere ensuring the safety of everyone. Food is affordable and great...especially the grilled seafoods ππ, and their local dish called "Sinuglaw" (Sinugba x Kinilaw) is my favorite. ππ Kiosk servers and owners also must wear hair nets to ensure cleanliness of their food. ππ
*Negative points: Place is a bit crowded so if you dont want crowded places. Tables offer little but manageable areas for eating and maneuvering your body. Its also a bit noisy, which is only typical for these places. But overall, the experience is super worth it. I would definitely...

It is a go to place when you visit the city because it is famous for an open bonding place for barkadas and foodtrip as well as cheap shopping for clothes and a whole body or partial massage which can satisfy you already for just a cheap price ππΈ
It is famous for bbq's, and streetfood(isaw, dumplings, buchi, juices, durian, ice cream[I recommend Mang Danny's] and many more). π’πΉππ¦π€π΄π
There are also many massage therapists here ready to serve you for a cheap price of whole body massage for 300 php or specific parts like head for 60 php, arms, legs and back at different prices π
And lastly, the Ukay Ukay or Thrift Shop, where you can buy cheap clothes like jackets, shorts, t shirt, dresses, baby wears, shoes, bags and so much more. The least you can find will be around 20 pesos per clothing, and that is already a good price for fashion clothes if you know how to dig for good designs or for everyday look πππππ π
So I really recommend going here when you stop by Davao City. It will be open around 5 PM until the most at 2 AM π
(Sample picture is Black or Charcoal Ice Cream, very healthy benefits...

But this place is named for the variety of street food. If you were able to visit Davao City, don't forget to go to this place at night time. This place will be overcrowded. But nice to visit. My favourite foods in this street are chicken pastel π€€, dragon chicken, chicken steak and calamansi drink. When I was there in the Philippines, there was a bomb blast in this street. Actually I was staying near this street. Thank God I didn't visit this street at the day of the blast. Some people died on that blast. If you visit the street, you can see stone of remembrance in the centre of the street. In which the name of the people who died in the incident will be mentioned. But you can visit the place without fear. Because after the incident, the security was tighten. Armed Police and military people always will be there. You can visit the place without...
