Jotel Inn — Hotel in Davao City

Earlier this morning after taking my breakfast and about to be back at my room supervisor of the hotel called me to inform that my keycard was not updated due to my room was reserved to another client online? So i said i will surrender my keycard later. When i was in a room someone called me thru landline (phone inside the room) and approached me that need of transfered?because this room is assigned to online customer??? Am i not a customer here? I am not your priority here because i was not an online booking?? Walk-in customer is not a priority here???Ist i checked-in last sunday here to be able to have a room for the entire week i stay here in Davao and not to be disturbed my worked here. They also told me that their policy is everyday payment?? You are the only hotel i known checked-in who had this policy??? So i pay everyday. And they did my transfer my things to another room and that was matrimonial and supervisor told me to pay an extra charge of the said room? Why i need to pay? Am i responsible for your negligence? And who said that i want a matrimonial room? ||During my ist night here i notice some cockroaches is there in my room 431 but i didn't pay much attention. Second day, i was about to sleep and turn off the lights while browsing my phone i saw cockroaches in a wall near my bed so i turn on the lights and they will move past so i find it and saw under my bed. So i called the reception and asked somebody to go there. But because im not comfortable i asked the bellboy of my transferring.||||Upon Entering my matrimonial room today i saw some stained in the bed linen which is their policy to pay if you are responsible, i took a photo before used this bed as an evidence if they wanted me to...

NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. ||||1. Hard to make a reservation because no one answers the phone. I tried calling all the numbers, multiple times, in three days, and no one picked up. It just kept ringing. I had to risk walking-in to see if there’s a room available.||||2. NOT ENOUGH SPACE. Room is too small. You’ll end up hitting your legs on the bed while moving around. ||||3. NOISY NOISY NOISY!!! You can hear everyone. Their staff are actually the ones making most of the noise so early in the morning, talking (shouting) across each other in the hallway. If you plan to sleep-in, don’t bother. Their voices will definitely wake you. ||||4. DIRTY ROOM! On my first night, there was a cockroach near my bed. There was also another one in the bathroom. Since their cleaning services is “upon request”, I requested for one during the day hoping that when I come back at night, it would be clean. Well, it wasn’t. The floor had dirty shoe prints all over, as if it was mopped then stepped on right away. ||||5. SMELLY TOWELS. Enough said. ||||6. BATHROOM only has one “rug”. Toilet seat is moving and falling apart. No divider or door to the shower area so expect the water to flow all the way to the toilet and sink when you take a bath. Oh, and expect to slip too. ||||7. NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPACES. I think there are about 10 slots in the whole hotel, and to think there are about 80-100 rooms available. ||||8. TV is useless. Only 14 channels work. Included are some channels are just on repeat and those with really bad reception. ||||In short: NOT...
