The Church of the Gesù — Attraction in Quezon City

The Church of the Gesu is located inside Ateneo de Manila University. Masses were usually held every Sunday before the pandemic for outside guests who wanted to attend but it seems like it is not open again. I was able to attend one Simbang Gabi (at night, not at dawn) for Advent of 2022 and it's nice to see that it is open again. Church of the Gesu is the only large church inside the Ateneo compound.

Aside from the main mass area, there is a small hall for special mass area and some confession room.

At the back is a mini-garden on a hill with a bronze Jesus statue prostrated similar to event in Gethsemane.
