Sakura Circle — Restaurant in San Roque

We were going to try Wok It Out but we ended up at the ABCT Japanese restaurant just below Wok It Out as the ambience looked so warm and inviting, and had A/C.

Went there 11am /brunch time. ABCT had good Sabu Sabu and sushi (their Salmon Lover sushi was delicious) - ingredients were fresh. Their house tea (free) was good. Their sushi carousel was a nice treat. Their matcha ice cream (though just 1 scoop only per order), was also worth it. Hidden gem in Antipolo if you want good Japanese /Sabu Sabu /sushi.

Parking is a bit limited. Had to park past the 7-11. Will come back to try others restaurants there...

We ordered samgyupsal from izakaya. Way, way over-priced. They claim their serving is good for 2-3 people, it was not even enough for one person, and you can not ask for more meat or more side dishes. Take note, separate price nila for side dishes and meat. So it would add up and was really expensive. It would have been better if the price was just good for one, then unlimited meat. There are other places around Antipolo where you can get much better samgyupsal. Will most likely...

Takoyaki had a very strong liquor-like flavor. It had good crispy crust, but taste was dominated by the sauce.

Ribs order was the best bang for my buck, but the sauce was not cooked with the rib and it dominated the taste of the meat.

Beef Gyudon tasted more like beef steak.

Chocolate shake was the star of this meal, and that is quite sad considering that we ordered from...
