The "manager" mistook my order. Supermeals have 2 sets which is a bit confusing. I ordered Supermeal A which is Php225 but the other one was punched on the machine which is the cheaper set for only Php205 without the fries and sundae. Manager Tricia, please don't assume customers' order, moving forward. Don't forget to do recap after taking the order as you are keeping the receipt and giving us only the claim stub so I had no time to double check. Based on my dining experience and in my opinion, you need more training to fulfill your managerial role. You need to improve your leadership and communication skills if you want to go further in this industry. I know it is a busy day and I could see that you are multi-tasking. However, going here and there is not enough. You have to be efficient and effective at the same time. Challenge yourself to do better, and I believe you can do it.
