I had a truly enlightening experience at the Malvar Museum in Santo Tomas, Batangas. As the only tourist on site, I was fortunate enough to have an excellent tour guide who expertly recounted the life and legacy of General Miguel Malvar. His passion for the subject matter was infectious, and I left the museum feeling not only more knowledgeable, but also inspired by the General's courage and leadership.
