Okay food matched with bad service (perhaps applicable to large groups only). A full star for their Halo-Halo, one of the best we've had.

We ate here on July 21, 2018 around 10:30am to 5:00pm to celebrate our Lola's birthday. A day before our gathering, we asked for a reservation but was not granted since it was the weekend and our desired time was during the rush hour. This is understandable. What they failed to inform us is that they do accept reservations and have a function room available but only if the bill will be at 10,000 php minimum plus 3,000 php for the room. Our bill was above the required minimum amount and we would have gladly agreed with the additional room fee. They just needed to inform us.

The staff in this particular branch does not have the friendliest attitude given that they are in the food and service industry; ayaw ata sa large crowd in our case. Russel was our main server and all our requests were received with a piercing glare and a negative demeanor.

I understand that we stayed longer than the usual customers. In the time we spent there, there were no signs that the restaurant will be filled and the tables need to be waited. Our family would have gladly paid additional fees if that meant we can stay in the function room and be provided a better service, the management just needed to inform their customers instead of exuding an unappreciative attitude because we are eating at their place.

Hope this can be remediated. A well communicating staff and a smile can easily make a wonderful...

They don't inform the customer what are not available on the menu. They let the customer pick their craving and tell us that it is not available. Staff has an absent-minded, no pleasing personality, bad customer service. How come you called this place as Restaurant without any proper services. They serv3d first the dessert and the food without any water. We're already done on our food, and still no water even though we follow up so many times. It's not a recommended place for those who pass by...

Nov. 30, 2021, Kuya J Sto. Tomas branch. around 7pm. Namili kaming mag asawa kung sa Yellow Cab or Kuya J mag ddinner. So, pinili namin ang Kuya J. We ordered Sinigang na Bangus, Chopsuey chicken, fried chicken half, halo-halo, 4 rice, ripe mango shake and watermelon shake. After siguro mga 30 - 40mins, dumating ang order namin except sinigang na bangus and halo halo. So, I wait baka kasi malapit na. After ilang minutes pa, nag ask na ako sa crew of nasan na ung sinigang na bangus, then he replied na "5 mins na lang sir", then I saw him na may i-nadd sa counter ( maybe un ung sinigang at nakalimutan lang ). After ilang 15 mins, wala pa din. So tumayo na ako para mag punta sa pinto ng kitchen nila at nag ask then he told me na isserve na daw. After ilang minutes pa another 10mins, wala pa din. So we decided na itake out na lang ung mga hindi pa na sserve. aba! after ilang minutes, wala pa din. So nag decide ulit kami na icancel na lang at asar na ako sa nangyayari. then we ask for manager, nakauwi na daw. kami pa ang sinisi at kaya daw nag tagal dahil pinatake out namin ni kahit SORRY wala silang sinabi. KAINAMAN!
