The place is well maintained. It has nice small pool. Although it looks like its near SM, you'll still have to do some walking if you dont have your own ride. With the location, you are in between FPIP/Calamba, Tanauan/Lipa, San Pablo. Its also near Mt. Makiling. The staff feels transactional but atleast not annoying. They also gave a strict no visitor policy. In terms of price worthiness, I find ~3k per day to be pricey considering its a standard room(but its spacious than normal). But I think I'm not their market. There are some rich kids there. Their breakfast buffet is really just a breakfast. No exquisite food. But I like their pork tocino

Located in Santo Tomas City, Batangas, NDN Grand hotel offers a pleasant stay for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. With basic amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, function hall, and meeting room, guests can relax and conduct business seamlessly. The elegant and spacious rooms provide a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. While the staff's service is satisfactory, the overall experience is positive, making it a recommended choice for travelers visiting the area."

It's an old building but well maintained. The room is small but clean. Small balcony. The mattress was too soft. Shower is good size and water pressure good. The breakfast buffet which was included was very basic. Brewed coffee was good. Near the new SM Sto Tomas mall which is convenient. The room with breakfast was 3500 pesos which in my opinion is over priced.

I was looking for a hotel very near the Shrine of St. Padre Pio and I selected the NDN Grand Hotel after reading the very positive reviews from satisfied clients. The tag as a 2.5 star hotel is completely inaccurate because the hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I have been to, comparable to the facilities of a 4 star hotel. The staff at the Front Office desk are all very kind and welcoming; the facilities are very good. The hotel atmosphere is relaxing and inviting; the surroundings, very clean. They offer a buffet breakfast which is included in the room package and the food selection is very satisfactory that one would wonder how they can offer that very good, fully satisfying breakfast. Customer service is very satisfactory; the staff even volunteered to look for the contact person of the seller of a local fish delicacy. Overall, my family are happy that I chose the NDN Grand Hotel and we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. Kudos to the all the staff...

Worst hotel. Really not worth the price.

We booked here for 7 nights. Our 1st day here, the exhaust fan was not working. We had to call the maintenance to replace it.

The tv also had some issues. We called the maintenance and he told us that, “ganyan na po kasi yan” (the tv had already this problem before). It was like saying that we should accept it as is. Good thing he agreed to replace it in the end.

Gym equipment are not well maintained. Thread mill is not working properly. The weight machine is not oiled and cleaned.

Lastly, from the 1st day until the 4th day, we had no internet. The front desk officer said that they can’t do anything about it and just wait until the internet is up. Again, it was like saying that we should accept it as is.

We booked in this hotel expecting great service and comfort. But we were welcomed by bad service and poor facilities.

On a positive note, breakfast food...

My wife and my 1year old daughter avail AGODA booking and it says 20% off on deluxe. Upon check in, i saw the rate is 4,500 and i pay 4,1++ that is not 20%. I ask the front office instead of two bed i requested for a single bed for safety purposes of my daughter during sleeping. They downgraded our room since their deluxe room bed have two bed and unable to move. I agree than to make it bigger and pay additional 1500 per night.||Room is ok but dust are very obvious on the tables and tv rack.|Shower head has a leak and hard to mix the hot/cold water.|Employees are ok but when i ordered a coffee it take an hour because the one i spoke to is on break and was not able to relay my order. They gave me one complimentary coffee for it.|The free breakfast has very few choices. Fried rice, sausage, corned beed and bread. Food does not taste good. Sorry.||Overall ok but not...
