Thai Royale Spa - Tagbilaran Branch — Attraction in Tagbilaran

Went there with my partner, he was happy with his massage. I did a lot of massages before and this one was okay but service wasn’t good although they did asked about the preferred pressure. But there was no relaxing music, just loud cars and a coughing receptionist and some weird clapping every 2 minutes. I asked for the music she left for 5min and came back, didn’t say anything and no music, i asked again then she left again and came back to tell me it’s broken. Every part of my body she just did for a very short time and skipped some parts that are normal for a full body massage like the feet and i asked her in the end but she said 60min are over even tho i still had 5min left and she did leave for a longer period! Also they didn’t put a towel on ur face when you lay on your back and i could see she was on her phone...

Just a disclaimer though, this is my first time in this spa and your experience/s might be totally different from mine.

I came across this spa when searching for nearby places to visit to kill time before my scheduled boat trip. It has the highest rating amongst the rest of the spa nearby. Overall, my experience was relaxing. The spa is clean and the staff is very accommodating. The massage bed has no squeaky sound that will disturb ur sleep and the masseur is trained but still with so much to improve.

What is really important is to tell them exactly the depth of pressure you want for the major parts of ur body, bcoz personally I have a different pressure depth for my back and legs.

It's a must try spa especially if other spas nearby are rated way too low compared to this one. I would love to hear your experience in...

The place is not relaxing.. Seems like no proper ventilation. I don’t like their process because most of the massage spa in tagbilaran gave a foot wash prior to giving massage except them. One thing that I dont like the most is the PRIVACY. During the massage, I just noticed that the other person (male) next to my space pulls the curtains that separates us. I was shocked coz he was able to see me lying almost bare naked. I was really disappointed that time. Privacy is something that is to be considered everywhere we are. I guess it would be better if you will change the partition, it would be great if you will put a wall not just a curtain which can be pulled easily.
