Morgan Suites Residences — Attraction in Taguig

We were tenants for a year of this condominium, From our first night when I woke up I saw 3 dead cockroaches so I messaged the broker and took a photo of it. I really didn't expect that we will be experiencing that many cockroach lingering on the door and I also saw in the kitchen coming from the exhaust. We tried to book the buildings pest control several times but to no avail after a day it's seems the cockroaches are still there, headaches and colds from the strong chemicals that results to sickness is what we got. we tried so many products, we tried Baygon cockroach trap. We tried Baygon Gel, We also tried from the online shop glue trap for cockroaches, powder and DE Powder. We also bought 2 big Baygon one is strong and one is water based., imagine how much chemicals we inhaled in a year on the mission to just get rid of these pests but it keeps on coming back as I always saw they are coming from the outside of the door. Other than that in our floor I don't usually notice that it is being cleaned everyday. This is really my first time to experience a condominium that it's only beautiful on the lobby but really unclean specifically on our floor, There are times I saw them cleaning which is I'm thankful but most of the time during our stay it seems the floor is neglected. Aside from the sanitary side. The Admin is really strict when it comes to rules but can't even maintain the cleanliness and pest free situation. I emailed my concern on the property manager but it seems that we are being blamed why we are having so much cockroaches in the room. They also told me that they talked to our neighbors, as per them the neighbors didn't experience such matter. But when I asked random people on the elevator it is really evident that they also have cockroaches in their rooms. On the delivery of packages also I understand that this is there rules and regulations not to accept but There was on time I have a delivery of paper bags for our wedding but they really won't allow I was really frustrated I even book a lalamove and going to fort Santiago imagine how far that is and Imagine how stressful bringing the package while you are outside it's really a terrible experience I wouldn't want to go back. Also the processing of refunds when we use the 2 function rooms takes longer than expected when I didn't email and cc all emails that needs to be included I wouldnt get a response. Really terrible experience and really traumatizing. I won't go back ever. Most of the staff are unfriendly. I really didn't experience something like this when we are in Other CONDOMINIUMS. so now the latest frustrations, We will be ending in July 29 so I wanted to move out by July 27 and 28 which is Sat and Sunday. I understand that we are already late when it comes to informing them but I was told that moving out and moving in is not allowed in Sat, Sun and holidays like wow I remember we move in on a Sunday last time. Like really!!! people here are so terrible so they deserve my attitude towards them so bad experience. I was treated so badly well then in return I will also treat you so badly. It was really a terrible experience.

EDIT: Sept 4, more than a month since we move out. OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NOT YET RETURNED BECAUSE OF THE REPAIR ON THE WALL WHICH took them a month to inform us. If I didn't ask for the 5th time. I wouldn't get a response from the broker. This Broker from Megaworld has a terrible service. They just ambushed us and informed right away the charges for the paint of 12k!!!Imagine 12k I already canvassed awhile ago the range on the labor and costs and I was told more or less 5k so I asked for the breakdown. They renovated the paint in all sides of the room. like hello the charges we are expecting is the small area on the left side. If this won't be resolved we will go to the Brgy of Taguig for complaint. How I wish I'm already done with these stressful people. I had the luck to stay at the top floor with an unobstructed view of Manila Bay, which was an absolute treat, yet wouldn't be representative for your average unit in the building. Therefore if you don't mind having the airport unexpectedly close to the place where you lay to sleep, or if you don't mind the continuous shots being fired next door (military base as neighbors comes with the package) and if you think that 22 square meters is perfect for 3 people to share a unit, then you are in luck Morgan Suites Residences has about 300 units that fit the profile. The crowd is IT folks, working next door, and an unexpected number of Chinese nationals (not that there is something wrong with that, just proportionally so much more here than anywhere else in Metro Manila, kinda like Koreans in Boracay). Venetian Mall is the best neighbouring friend and the staff is very professional and very attentive at who comes in and out of the building. Will I stay there again? Wouldn't be my first choice, yet not a bad...
