I’ve been to a lot of coffee shops, but this one stands out for more reasons than one. First off, the coffee here is top-notch. Whether you’re into a bold espresso or a smooth latte, they’ve nailed it. The balance of flavors in their drinks is always on point, and they even offer a great selection for those who prefer something a little more adventurous. I’m a regular for their French Vanilla drinks, and it never disappoints.
But what truly sets this place apart is their service. I had a bit of a mishap when I left my AirPods behind at the shop, and I was honestly a bit frantic when I realized I’d forgotten them. I came back after 2 days at the shop, and the manager couldn’t have been more helpful. They checked their lost-and-found and confirmed that my AirPods were safely tucked away. I was so relieved! The time I went to pick them up, the staff was friendly, attentive, and honestly just genuinely kind about the whole situation. It’s rare to find a place where you feel like they truly care about you, not just as a customer, but as a person.
I’ll definitely be back—not just for the great coffee, but for the honest and warm-hearted staff who went out of their way to help me out when I needed it most. It’s the little things like that which make me loyal to a place....
Read moreAs a Filipino-Canadian, I was a bit disappointed by the crew’s lack of familiarity with common Tim Hortons ordering terms. For example, when I mentioned the very common “double double,” the crew had no idea what it was. I think the training team could do a better job of educating staff on these standard terminologies to enhance the customer experience.
That said, it wasn’t a deal-breaker for me. I took it as an opportunity to educate my friends in the Philippines about how we typically order at Tim Hortons in Canada.
Overall, I loved the place and its atmosphere. The quality of food and drinks is consistent with what you’d find in Canadian locations, which is impressive. I’d give this branch a solid 3-star rating, with the location being one of the...
Read moreMy wife and I visited this location 3 mornings in a row asking if there were Timbits and was told there wasn't. It was raining all 3 mornings. The final day I asked if it was because of the weather that they didn't have any Timbits but was simply told that the were just not available. Not even a reason why. Also, it looked like the same same pastries presented for sale had been been sitting in the glass counter all the times we visited. You shouldn't have days old pastries sitting around. I'm from Canada and this a poor representation of the brand. You can't have a display of donut boxes and Timbits boxes but have no donuts or Timbits available. If you can't make donuts and Timbits from a chain known for these 2 items you shouldn't be...
