Read moreSadly, like most Megaworld condos for sale, this mall leaks heavy when it rains. A testament to their lack of quality engineering know-how. Lesson here is to never ever buy condos from Megaworld unless you seek endless headaches from their leaky units. It's about managing your risks.
I digress. Now about this mall.
It's old and showing. Poorly maintained. Paint peelings and slippery algae infested floors. Many of the original Italian restaurants have been closed and replaced by low-end stores like Taco Bell and Mang Inasal. Further, several stores at corner locations have stores that really place this mall at subpar quality. The sellers eat their food at the entrance for all to see, which I know people have to eat, but please keep it in the back away from public view; enough stores sell products that one can find on the streets of Manila. It shows how much the stores and clientele here have shofted to a different demographic. Very poorly designed flow of foot traffic. It's disruptive and not intuitive. There are plenty of areas trapped from the main flow, causing a disservice to many stores who rely on foot traffic. The architect who designed this place is TERRIBLE indeed. Many paths lead to dead end. You have to pay to use the restroom upstairs, although most are free. Further,All their bathrooms smell and are very small. You literally have no personal space at the urinals and the doors behind you. computer directories are not working / functional on some days. Auto sliding doors defective. We couldn't get inside because the sliding door wasn't working or moving very slow in many sectors on some days.
I give this place 5 more years before it really goes down beyond repair.
In this high humidity nation, maintenance should be key! This mall has reached its prime, and it's definitely on the decline.
The Chriatmas Tree has a huge chunk bitten off at the top side. Need I say more...
