Interesting how most of the negative reviews focus on the builder in general, rather than the property itself. Hire an architect to inspect the unit during the turnover phase! We've stayed in several Airbnb places in BGC, built by Ayala, and yes, they also have issues like any other buildings, regardless of the builder—not perfect. They also check who we are every time we walk in. We appreciate it, as it's for safety! We visited Park McKinley West, and it is in a great location, still being developed. It's quiet (for now), with wide roads, and within walking distance to BGC, and also part of Fort Bonifacio. The lobby is not like their Uptown Arts, but the target market here is different, so don't expect a grand lobby—just a decent, elegant ambiance.
