I encountered a surprising and disappointing situation with the underground parking here. The signage facing the Venice Grand Canal and a friendly security guard both indicated a P60 flat rate, not just for motorcycles. However, when I retrieved my car after my duty in one of the buildings, the parking attendant charged me P190. I was completely shocked. I paid the fee but felt seriously scammed. For others, I suggest parking near your workplace or securing free parking from your organization if possible (unfortunately, as a low-ranking, project-based employee, I don't have that privilege). I'll continue to leave this review until they put up appropriate signs showing the actual charges. Consider...

They call it luxury. But luxury don't include people playing loud music till 10pm. If you fo business not the place for you. To noisy. No regulations. Even in my own place many floors up windows doors closed AC on with TV. My walls and floors vibrate and I can hear music word for word. Will be selling my unit only 2 months...
