Great place for beginners and to learn how to ski, although the snow was not very good because of the weather - it was +3 There are instructors available for 200 zl per hour per child + 80 zl for an adult if you are together with a child - you can find English speaking ones, or Russian/Ukrainian speaking ones, too, just ask about it when paying at the ticket office. You don't need to have a pass if you're with instructor. Be aware that they also don't mix very small children with older ones, so if you have, for example, a 3 year old and a 10 year old, you need 2 instructors, but 13 and 17 can have 1 instructor for both. Makes sense, I think, as they need different approach :) They also work with adults, obviously. Very friendly and supportive! There's a children's zone available (entrance only with instructors), and two hills. One is smaller, although a bit short and steep, and the other is enormous for those who already know how to ski lol The view of Tatras is amazing! One of the best things about this ski resort. You will also see sunset well, so that's a plus in the dark Poland when the sun sets at 3 pm There's a food place at the base of the hill with decent food and restroom, and you can rent everything you need at any of the places nearby. Highly recommend the J&J one across the road - 200 zl for equipment for a family of 4 for 3 hours with great service! Parking available for free with lots of free places, but it may get busy at the very peak times and on the weekends, as always Update: the red slope is not as hard as it looks like in good conditions, apart from one part it's about as steep as the blue slope. However, I agree with other reviews about the conditions on the slope - at 12 pm there were already numerous (!) ice parts, the snow was not even remotely even with crazy amount of snow bumps, and since it's artificial, it wasn't perfect to begin with. So a fairly easy slope became a quite hard one. A lot of people fell on the steepest part. If you want to try yourself, you should definitely know how to parallel ski first, be fresh and full of energy, and only go at the very early morning, 9-11 am. Sadly that seems to be the fate of big enough ski resorts, so just something to be aware of. But all in all it's not crazy hard - it barely made it to the red marking, one grade down (it's 21% average and the red starts at 20%) and it would be a blue. Again, in good conditions! That's what's tricky about it.

I have been in this place two days. The first one was really good because the weather was bad. The following day was crowded, so I realised the structure is not really good. They have just one lift for all beginners and we spent more than 25 minutes waiting to be in the top of the slope. Literally was 25 minutes to get up there and 1 minute go Skii down hill. It was my first time skiing and I was bored already waiting 20/25 minutes in a queue. I would recommend this place for two consecutive days even tho you are beginner because you spent long time on the queue waiting and can’t actually enjoy. Staff: they were super rude and didn’t care about you. Just give you the equipment in the rental place and pressure you to leave them alone. I would suggest go for another place to rent the equipments in front of this Bo Skii they were super nice with us.

Overpriced as for two slopes (that is why -2 stars). I would recommend making available also ski passes for a few rides (for instance 1, 5, 10, 20 rides without limited time). It is hard to get to the slopes from the other streets by foot. Shoes were all the time in the dirt because there was no normal road for people who are walking. For people who are riding cars, and who live just a bit further away from the slope - there is all the time a huge traffic jam. Also, the worst public transport and drivers I ever met are in Zakopane. The slopes by themselves are very nice, especially the blue one for beginners. For advanced skiers red one is great (when I was there it had some bumps so it was fun). If you never skied before - it is okay to go here for one winter.

We were here in the very bad time period, with rainy days and high temperatures, despite the fact that it was beginning of February - weather - our bad luck. That means, snow was wet and ski slope wasn't in a goog condition. But two stars I have to give because: Zakopane town is the center of winter activities and this one ski slope isn't controlled very well. Long queues for ski passes, for the lifts... Very bad situation with car parking 🅿️..... generally it looks so unorganized and I think that in the winter capital should be many things otherwise provided. Last note, the prices are not so much lower to could be an apologize.

South-something oriented slope, so when it's a nice weather, the snow is bad. Yes there is a warning at the cashdesk: Slope in bad condition, no refunds, which probably sticks for the whole season. The short slope is short and the long is a difficult one, rough at the top and then slow and boring. A lot of reckless people and a lot of people in general. Not worth of second visit, even out of the high season. However, the restaurants at the top of Golubowka are probably all good and worth of every visit. Nice personnel and very tasty offer. Breathtaking views, of course.

They have instructors that speak fluent English! And I didn't even have to book anything specially. We just turned up and two lessons - one on snowboard for three people and one for one skier was arranged with no problems at all. The slope itself is a bit steeper than I thought what challenged us a bit, but I think it's a good thing! After an hour's of first steps with snowboard we tried the cable car and went higher up. It was great experience, very nice instructors. Keep it up and hope to see you next year! 🥰
