We recently visited this beach and were blown away by its beauty and overall experience. It ranks among the best sand beaches we've ever been to. The soft golden sand and pristine waters create a picturesque setting that is perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.
One of the highlights of our visit was the option to rent a lounger for the entire day at an incredibly reasonable price. For as low as 12 euros, we were able to secure a comfortable spot and spend the day in absolute comfort. It was definitely worth it, as we had a cozy place to relax, soak up the sun, and admire the breathtaking views.
The only minor drawback we noticed was the absence of public showers on the beach. After a refreshing dip in the sea, it would have been convenient to have access to showers to rinse off the sand and saltwater. Instead, we had to make our way back to the facilities, which left us feeling a bit squishy and sticky. This is something that the beach management could consider improving in the future.
That being said, the beach itself is truly amazing, offering a serene environment where you can spend a full day unwinding and enjoying the tranquility. Whether you're a couple looking for a romantic getaway or simply seeking a place to relax and chill, this beach is an excellent choice.
Overall, we highly recommend this beach for its natural beauty, affordable lounger rentals, and the opportunity to spend a full day in relaxation. Don't forget to bring your own towels and consider the lack of public showers, but aside from that, you're in for a fantastic...
Read moreA great, very long sandy beech. Occasionally busy, but given the length, it is always possible to find plenty of space. Facilities are excellent - either find a spot in solitude, or make use of the lounger and deck chair rentals and other water sport facilities. For those more energetic, it is popular (but not too much so) with early morning runners when the beech is deserted. There are the odd cafe's and access is fairly easy. The beech is bound by typical Algarve red cliffs, covered in local fauna, making it appear very pretty and secluded. To the west, there are rock pools where the cliffs meet the sea, but (particularly at low tide) there is an easy passage across the rocks to Praia dos Olhos de Agua (and...

I also appreciated the facilities available, such as beach bars and restaurants, which offered tasty snacks and refreshing drinks. Whether you're seeking tranquility or outdoor activities, Praia da Falésia has it all. It's a true paradise that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the...
