We had a lovely project meeting there - what an amazing place - beats a meeting room in a hotel for sure.

The icing of the cake was a very detailed tour through the beautiful gardens & the buildings by one of the municipality's staff members who knew the story of the place in great details and gave the tour in her unique style 😃😎😃. Highly recommended for a visit & a journey back...

Placed in Sobreda da Caparica, it has really nice gardens with some surprises on the site if you keep an eye out. The main mansion has been converted into a museum/gallery. Really nice place to visit and all around the exit you have 2 coffee shops and a restaurant if your hungry after the...

Lugar aprazível, com um jardim de muitas sombras e abundante vegetação. Não é pensado ao gosto contemporâneo, antes nos proporciona uma sensação de paz de tranquilidade de outras eras. Excelente para vir em família, sempre com uma programação cultural rica, diversificada e regular, devendo-se em muito ao labor dos serviços da Câmara Municipal de Almada. Dispõe de Loja de Cidadão no local e vale a apena acompanhar as exposições temporárias, as quais dão voz designadamente a artistas emergentes.

De qualquer maneira, gostei de saber das histórias das duas famílias que ali viveram. Os portugueses Zagallos e os italianos Piano. Destaco os tetos de algumas salas, os jardins e os azulejos. A Câmara Municipal de Almada está a recuperar o Solar, o que é uma mais valia. Apesar de tudo, vale a visita.

De qualquer maneira, gostei de saber das histórias das duas famílias que ali viveram. Os portugueses Zagallos e os italianos Piano. Destaco os tetos de algumas salas, os jardins e os azulejos. A Câmara Municipal de Almada está a recuperar o Solar, o que é uma mais valia. Apesar de tudo, vale a visita.
