Miradouro do Alto da Serafina — Attraction in Lisbon

Definitely not the best spot, at least not anymore due to grown trees (which should remain!). However, makes for great spot for a family/group picnic area. Sufficient open space, coverage in case of rain or needing shade from the sun, and is located within the recreational park so has washrooms, restaurants...

Theres a lot of vegetation that covers the views. Without the views is just a useless space really. They should either cut some of the trees blocking the views or build a lookout tower or some...
