The space| @soulgarden.lisbon is located in Sete Rios at the back on @corinthialis hotel, it’s an open outdoor space with a gorgeous garden decor. You really get lost here with the fabulous decoration, it’s super pretty and cozy with fire places all around this beautiful luxurious hidden gem. Lots of green tones with waterfalls and specious seating areas and also some closed booths 😍😍😍 They have amazing music with really good DJs playing, such a great vibe.. I was up dancing whenever possible 😅❤️Opened - Monday to Sunday 12noon – 10:30pm

The staff| From the minute we walked in right until the end, we felt so welcomed. Everyone working was super friendly and polite 😍 The waitress was so lovely and really wanted to make sure we were happy, gave us a bunch of cocktail suggestions.

The food & drinks| They serve mainly Asian food however, they also have a Brunch menu on Saturday and Sunday and Taco Tuesdays 🌮🍻 so you have choices depending on the day you visit, the cocktails are amazing 🤩🍹and very well presented, pricey as expected. As we only went for drinks, we only had some salted snacks on the side, nachos with guacamole ( very small portion, I must say but we enjoyed it ) 🍹❤️😍

Overall fabulous place, been here before and will be visiting more times 🤩 next time I want an Island booth @soulgarden.lisbon

I had the most incredible dining experience at Soul Garden in Lisbon, Portugal, and it was largely thanks to Bruno, an exceptional waiter who truly made my visit unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, Bruno's warmth and genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest. His attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were outstanding, as he effortlessly guided me through the culinary journey that awaited me. Mixed feelings. The scenery and design are stunning, however, the service was severely lacking.

Starting with a lost reservation, followed by an extended wait to place our order. Despite asking three different staff members, it took 20 minutes to get a baby chair. Most of the staff appeared disinterested in our experience. Only one waiter, a tall guy, who could’ve been from another shift, checked in to see if everything was alright at the end of the meal, but by then, our experience had already been soured.

The prices and the offerings are somewhat confused. For instance, a glass of ‘fresh juice’ priced at €6 turned out to be diluted store-bought fruit pulp. Additionally, €5 for a glass of Coke without the can, just filled with ice and some cola, seemed excessive. The €55 sushi platter consisted of 18 pieces of mediocre quality rolls and fish. While the other dishes we ordered were good, they were still overpriced for their portion sizes. On top of that they already include tips in your bill which is not legal in Portugal.

It's a pity that such a beautifully designed place is let down by poor service. This mismatch significantly detracted from what could have been a wonderful...
