Parque dos Moinhos de Santana — Attraction in Lisbon

I love this place. I like the green areas, the kids playground and the cafeteria. The reason for the 4 stars is because it has happened to me twice already where we are at the park with kids in the playground and we are distracted by the time and when we try to leave the gates are closed. Whoever is responsible for closing the gates does not check if there's people inside. First time this happened I was pregnant and I had to jump a wall to get out. Not ok. The second time around it was even a few minutes before closing time that we tried to leave and boom, gates closed! We then found out there's another exit on the side of the cafeteria. Regardless, it feel very inconsiderate that they do not check or give people a warning...

Local muito potencial, tinha tudo para ser um local excelente, tem zona de parque infantil, tem Wc, zona de café, zona com um lago bonito etc. E até tem vigilância e aí reside o verdadeiro problema deste parque. Com regras em excesso e alguém pouco sensato de para as fazer cumprir. Fomos com crianças para fazer um pic nic de aniversário e de todo não aconselho. O vigilante durante o tempo que lá estivemos conseguiu implicar com todos os grupos que lá se encontravam, sempre embirrante e chato muito preocupado se colocamos uma mesa e cadeiras de pic nic na zona de relvado, (até era avisado pelas câmaras de vigilância que estava a filmar, pois não é permitido) ...mas depois têm tampas de esgoto abertas para onde mergulhou uma criança de 5 anos e com isso não se preocupa em recomendar manutenção, e sim em responder "ah mas isso já está assim há muito tempo" 🤷‍♀️ tão à frente em coisas que importa tão pouco e noutras enfim... No fundo não querem lá "eventos" pelo que percebi, mas não têm como o proibir, então a solução é aborrecer as pessoas com futilidades e tornar isso um assunto de importância... Sinceramente acho que aqui se perde demasiada energia a embirrar e pouca em tornar o espaço um lugar seguro e tranquilo para as pessoas passarem um bom bocado. Um desperdício sinceramente de dinheiro público......
