Lovely long beach where you can get away from the regimented one's with sunbeds set out like a cattle market. There's a really nice beach shack/bar that does food and drink and amazing iced coffee 😎 called BJs (I think). We always go to this beach as doesn't get too busy and there's always plenty of room if you're prepared to walk a few yards further.

There is an inland creek that is shown as a lake on maps. At the time of our visit (october) this creek was nearly dry and empty except for small stream. We think this creek is filled up with high tide. There was some birdlife though.

Nice quite beach with free parking, if the car park is full you can park along the road. Water sports available at a below average price for the Algarve. BJ's Beach Bar starts with live music some days around 5pm.

A more beautiful beach you would be lucky to find. Beautiful sunsets. One end has bars, restaurants and shops, the other a pine forest. Wide, sandy and clean.

Long sandy beach. Visited on a weekend in early septembre it was really quite. Be careful with kids, the waves can be quite strong.

Esta é a praia! Com bastantes lugares de estacionamento ao longo da estrada de acesso, com pouca gente no areal permitindo uma maior liberdade e com um acesso ao mar único. Quando a maré está vazia é extenso o areal que permite caminhadas e jogos (futebol, raquetes, volei, etc) com a família ou amigos. Se pretender um refresco ou até mesmo uma refeição, o bar fica a escassos metros.
