I would like to share my experience of visiting your establishment. The evening started promisingly: we were greeted by a polite and attentive manager, and the service provided by the waiter, Mahmoud, left a very positive impression. He was courteous, attentive, and professional.

Unfortunately, after the change of staff, our impression was ruined. The female manager who took over the service was unfriendly. We had to repeatedly ask for new plates, forks.. There were three of us, but only two cups were provided, and we had to request the third one. Her attitude made it feel as if our presence was an inconvenience.

As for the food: the Alfredo pasta and burger were acceptable, but the French toasts were disappointing — their texture was rubbery, and the taste was far from enjoyable.

We left the café in a bad mood and do not plan to return. We hope you will take this feedback into account to improve the quality of your service and...

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disappointment. From the moment we entered, the experience was nothing short of frustrating. Overpowering Kitchen Odor The strong smell of onions from the kitchen was overwhelming and unpleasant. Unacceptable Delay in Service We ordered a simple ice cream for our child, and the wait was unreasonably long. By the time it arrived, our child had already fallen asleep, rendering the treat pointless. Mediocre Coffee My wife found the coffee to be mediocre at best—nothing special, just a standard brew.

Overall, this was a thoroughly unpleasant dining experience. I won’t be returning and hope the establishment takes this feedback...

I had a lovely experience at Molten Chocolate Cafe! I ordered the Spanish Latte, which was incredibly smooth and flavorful—just the right amount of sweetness. I also tried the Molten Chocolate Crepe, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, gooey, and perfectly satisfying for any chocolate lover.

What really made the visit special was the service. Our server, Tshering, was extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. She made sure we were comfortable, offered great recommendations, and served everything with a warm smile. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality.
