I had an extremely disappointing experience at your establishment due to the lack of professionalism and expertise from the service staff. The waitress, Mary, had no knowledge of basic service etiquette and was unable to answer even the simplest questions about the menu. When I requested plain yogurt, she repeatedly responded with “no, no, no” without offering any alternative or explanation.
