Spark Sense & Play — Attraction in Al-Daayen

They lack good supervision on the kids my child got hurt by another and they didn’t see anything and were not attentive.

When confronted the employee started to raise her voice and got defensive even though i just wanted a clarification on the incident.

-I don’t leave my children there for them to get hurt or bullied and be told it’s okay they are kids.

-Discipline and supervision should be mandatory. -The cafe’s new policy where no kid is allowed any food unless paid for by the parents through the link was very inconvenient.

-They send the link through whatsapp and expect us be on whatsapp the whole time waiting for them incase there is a payment even if it was just for water.

-Why would i leave my kids there , then i would’ve just took them around the mall instead of being on my phone the whole time waiting for a call or a notification.

-They took long to create the links and kept the children literally crying and starving.

-No bills were sent before or after any payment link , they expect us to pay blindly and in consumer protection law a bill should be provided after any payment or transaction.

-Not to mention that they didn’t even mention the new cafe’s policy when registering the kids for us to at least provide the nannies with cash incase needed.

-When raising a complaint to the front desk the receptionist didn’t even care to listen she was just holding the card machine in my face the whole time i spoke ,focused on getting the payment and that’s it.

The new Spark is lovely, and the staff there are also lovely and dedicated and honestly overwhelmed at times from the number of kids. The under 2 area could use a few extra things as it feels a bit like an afterthought. It also needs to be gated along with the kitchen because the older kids kept wandering into it and nearly toppling toddlers. I signed up my child for the little learners class, and I have to say it was an absolute waste of money. I wouldn't recommend anyone shell out 110 riyals for some singing, clapping, and dancing, oh, and a bubble machine. That took away 2 stars for me. The treats were great, my baby loved the energy...

simply not safe to leave your kids there. No occupation / capacity policy, the number of kids and nannies beyo7nd the place capacity. Plenty of stuff with no clear roles & responsibility No first aid in case of emergency, maximum is to put ice and call parents No supervision from the stuff to guide the kids and nannies on the safe way to use the toys and play area, although they kept saying on the mic, "kids safety is our priority."
