Before I go for shopping, I used to check the reviews about the brand. Here when I check, I found out very bad reviews and ratings about PAN HOME . Then I choose another brand for my shopping. While walking on my way to the parking after my shopping, I found the PAN HOME and I told my wife, let’s have look. The furniture collections what they have is awesome. Their furnitures are mostly like high end luxury types but when you compare the prices to the prices of the other luxury brands like caracole, that’s living, the one, westelm, PAN price’s are super cheap and almost 1/4 prices. I went back to the place where I bought and refunded my money and bought from this place. If you are really looking for good quality products in reasonable prices I will recommend to visit them first though they have very limited space there. I understood one thing now Don’t just look at reviews bcz people who write bad reviews mostly are just worst customers.If they have any issues, they can approach the authorities rather than just wasting time for nothing. Read moreI purchased two wardrobes from Pan Home in January, and since then, I have faced numerous issues. The quality of the product is very poor, and the installation team made several mistakes during the installation, leaving scratches, holes, and other damages.
Despite multiple complaints, the service team came twice but did not provide proper service. The issues remain unresolved. The call center initially promised to send a team and assured me that someone would call, but no one ever showed up. After several follow-ups, I finally received a call, but the person spoke very rudely. When I complained about this, the call center promised that the service manager would contact me within a day, but I have yet to receive any call.

Read moreIt's been 3 days since I ordered online. The website didn't register my order so I couldn't track it (I do have a receipt on my email). I sent them email more than 24 hours ago and I never got any response. I contacted them thru WhatsApp but I only got automated response to call them. After reading previous reviews, I am regretting buying from them. It seems, their customer service is NONE EXISTENT, If only there was an easier option to cancel an order, I would have done it already. I'll wait until the afternoon, and I if I get no update, I will do the last resort of calling them to cancel the order.
If you want to save yourself from hassle. Better find somewhere else to shop (esp. online)
