Wost experience on refunding items - payed by cash + item not delivered + i am following your policies,, then your management replies with ( we need few days to refund your cash due to Mr.Joker at Mall of Qatar branch ) and then making excuses as “we do not have the enough cash for you today please come back tomorrow” ( less than 2,700 QR ) - at the end after 60 mins I refused to leave - founded that the cash is there and i have been refunded - yet mr.Joker did not bother himself to come down to counter - would never buy or recommend The one...

I have had a great experience with The one in Qatar , I have visited their mirqab mall branch who assisted me very well, and visited their Mall of Qatar branch where I spent more than two hours there checking their designs and checking and staff were extremely helpful and gave me a great deal.. then even when we changed our mind more than once , they accommodated is very nicely and extended more help and advise .. amazing experience especially with their DFC BRANCH And the supervisor there...

This place used to be good but their quality and customer service has degraded very badly. Was sold a defective item and after weeks of waiting and back and forth they sent it for repairs only to return it exactly the same then refused to refund/exchange. Terrible experience and makes me sad this store used to be good but I advise to avoid, there are now better more honest places with better quality and ones that honor warranties and don’t scam you when it comes time...
