This is the worst sauna in Europe! Do not go or visit this place otherwise youāll just going to waste your time and money. First, the location is a bit far from old town. The price rate is expensive, the place is small, tiny, dark and dirty, beds make your body itchy and no staff on duty to do maintenance or cleaning or check each section at least every hour instead theyāre just sitting in the desk counter area on their phone scrolling online stuff. I first came here on a Sunday night and it was empty, thereās only 3 customers. The prices of snacks were pricey as well. The staff were not friendly, rude and not attentive enough to customers instead theyāre just observe what you wear or not what to wear. On my first time visit, he said no drug use in sauna, why does people do drugs at this place? Then I went back on a weekend hoping thereās more crowds during Friday and Saturday but still just creepy old people roaming around the hallway and small young crowds smoking in the indoor patio area that looks like the whole place was in a clouds of smokes. Then another rude staff Iām not sure if heās a supervisor or manager but he said to me that you canāt wear underwear on except by the locker area, cellphone use by the lobby only and also you have to put your towels on all the time and you canāt bring any outside drinks like water or juice to their place you have to leave it in the desk until you check-out! Well, put a sign all over your place the noās and Donāts so your patron can see instead of telling your customers especially if theyāre a tourist visiting your city. This is the strictest sauna Iāve been, itās like a communist place and the rudest staff ever! So as for me, this is a terrible experience during my visit and I wouldnāt recommend this sauna place to anybody visiting the area to enjoy and relax. Go somewhere else instead were you can feel and have your freedom...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm a regular at this sauna and this is my opinion:
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff (some even remember my shoe size, which is great customer care) Big space compared to most saunas, lots of amenities Respectful and educated clients, who understand sauna etiquette - and frankly are more open minded than you would expect I don't think I've ever went there without encountering at least one person that I like
Cons: There are some issues that persist even if there are several loyal customers who complain about them - for example the film rotation in the cinema, which is the same for more than 1 year. It might not be something that matters for people who come here once, but it matters for the regulars. How hard is it to refresh it once a week? Second issue that I noticed lately is the low volume of the music at the 1st floor. I don't wanna hear the squeaking floor under 15 cruising queens walking around in circles while I'm trying to fuck, they should just turn up the volume of the music (the playlist did improve since it started,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI read all the reviews and I had so many doubts. But I went there and I got shocked that the comments seems to come from haters or something like that because it's nothing as bad as some people say. It has to be discreet because romanian people are different. And yes it's not as nice as London or Germany or other countries but it's very nice it's way cleaner than any saunas in London (no offence London) jacuzzi it's working but people are turning off the bubbles when there's nobody inside (because romanians know how to respect others and not to waste electricity and water) showers are ok saunas are hot and nice. Upstairs rooms and cinema are very nice very spacious. There is a separate toilet to douch for the ones who said there's no douch. Also he's selling some tubes to attach to the shower head very hygienic. If somebody doesn't like the place they must have no soul or feelings or their expectations are too high. For me and my partner it's nothing like the bad comments. It's very nice. Go and see you won't be...
