Bliss Residence - Parliament — Hotel in Bucharest

Bliss Residence Parliament completely misrepresents itself as an apartment hotel and is lacking most of the amenities it claims to have.||||After checking in, I discovered that the rooms do not have soundproofing or kitchenettes, which was the main reason I booked. I could hear people yelling and talking loudly in the lobby from my room upstairs and the door to this room was not very secure. It was thin, flimsy, and rattled in its hinges. It had a skeleton key lock with a big hole so anyone outside could look in to see your belongings and whether or not you were there.||||The property claims to have the following amenities inside the rooms which are non-existent: soundproofing, a kitchenette, tea/coffee maker (there's a pay coffee machine in the lobby), minibar, iron, radio (the owner argued that they did have a radio because he would lend me his personal speakers), refrigerator, desk (the owner said if I "really wanted to make a big deal about this" I could come inside his private office to use his desk), microwave, electric kettle, alarm clock, toaster, computer, laptop, cleaning products, landmark views, a dining table, a drying rack for clothing, a bottle of water, wine glasses, and shampoo.||||John, the owner of this property, was argumentative and angry when we spoke to him. He initially refused to refund a deposit of one night in addition to the first night we were forced to stay because it was midnight and too late to find something else. He said that everyone in Romania makes things up like this and that I was the one with the problem for expecting the amenities he said his hotel provided. When I began videoing him, he finally admitted to not having soundproofing in the rooms and said he would only charge me for the one...

This is not a three star hotel, indeed doesn’t even qualify for a hotel. We booked for two separate rooms, instead we got a room with a double bed and a 15+ years old sofa, the owner claimed it was an “family room”, justification was that they were overbooked, how? Don’t stay here if you want a good sleep. You can hear floor creaking from the room upstairs when people are waking. Lights were not working, we only had one bulb out of six working, that lit less than a night lamp. Sofa bed was old and uncomfortable. Toilet doesn’t have exhaust, toilet seat was broken, there is no hook to hang your clothes. The wardrobe was broken. You can’t open the entrance door when the sofa is unfolded. Towels have stained. You can make check whenever you want, it was the only reason we chose this hotel.But there was nobody responsible for the property, we had to call the guy from the hotel for all we need.we arrived at 5 am first day amd left the hotel around 15:00 we thought they did not clean the room because we were late but we stayed 3 nights and the room has never been cleaned.also the guy could not manage the money from credit card while any other hotels could and we had to talk everyday more than twice. It was also very noise in the morning, it is impossible to get rest...
