Aquapark Nymphaea — Attraction in Oradea Metropolitan Area

The biggest disappointment ever. The place is filthy, all the swimming pools are mouldy, and you can see the dirty line in the water level, dog poop in the grass, ice cream sticks between the sun beds, and under one of the sun beds we had, there was a napkin or something from someone that cleaned his wounds probably as it was blood on it 🤢, the staff right at the entrance were very unfriendly and not helpful at all, we heard people on the other kiosk asking about credit on the wristbands, and this is how we found out that this is the only way to pay inside the park, even after we asked about it we were told that inside the park we could get the credit on our bands, the waterslides are not supervised at all, and people are not obeying the traffic lights on the top of the rides, it’s just a matter of time until a bad accident or tragedy happens, overall we were very disappointed with all experience, and we don’t recommend it to anyone.

As for the claim that people are not respecting the traffic lights system, we can only speak based on our personal experience. We observed instances where individuals did not follow the instructions, which raised concerns about safety. We acknowledge that there may be lifeguards present, but it is important for visitors to also adhere to the rules and guidelines provided.

Regarding the origin of the feces in the grass, we did not investigate its source during our visit. We made an assumption that it could be from a dog since we did not see any signs prohibiting dogs. However, if dogs are indeed not allowed in the Aquapark, it raises further questions about the cleanliness and maintenance of the premises.

My visit to this water park was an absolute blast! The array of slides and entertainment spots provided endless fun and excitement throughout the day. The choreographed dance sessions with the instructors added an extra touch of enjoyment, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere.

Furthermore, I must commend the attentiveness and professionalism of the life guards. Their watchful eyes and quick response to any potential hazards or concerns gave me a sense of safety and reassurance while enjoying the water activities.

However, I did encounter a disappointing experience at the bar situated by the slides. The older lady attending the counter treated us with unexpected rudeness when we were placing our food orders. My husband ordered a plate for dinner, while I simply wanted an ice cream. To my surprise, the lady insisted that I had to join a separate queue just for the ice cream, which seemed unnecessary and inconvenient.

What baffled me even more was when I later observed the same lady fetching ice cream from the freezer for other customers, bypassing the queue system she imposed on me. This inconsistency and lack of consideration left me feeling frustrated and perplexed as to why she treated me differently from the other patrons.

Despite this unpleasant encounter, I would like to emphasize that the overall experience at the water park was still highly enjoyable and memorable. I am very disappointed in this water park. I came hoping to have a good holiday with my family . Unfortunately something very horrible happened . To start off , the floors are extremely wet because they have faience on the floors , hone is less slippery than faience , because there was no one to wipe the wetness once in a while so people don't slip and fall at the stairs off the pools , one of my family members spilled and fell with they're back hitting off the step of the stairs , my family member had to be helped by the local people there since there was no staff whatsoever in the area . It took a while for the staff to actually come and help . My failmy member could not move and when the staff actually came they ended up bringing her to the back where there was one member of staff who was a medical assistant ( thank God ) . When they realised she could not get up and felt really sick ( she also vomited because of the pain and shock of the fall ) they finally called the emergency . The staff had the audacity to write down on the medical sheet that my family member got SICK when in reality she slipped and fell and hit her back where her kidneys are . I am very annoyed at this because they lied to try and keep up they're reputation. They didn't even ask for one of our phone numbers for example to maybe ask if everything was going to be ok with my family member . You will never catch me at Nymphaea Water Park ever again . We found out that the same thing happened to a little boy at the same water park . How many accidents will it take for them to realise they need to do something about the floors .
