Lloyd Palace — Attraction in Timișoara

Very nice old but neat restaurant in a very hot spot of the victory square in Timisoara. You can choose from varieties of national dishes, even some of regional national dishes - we had few classic serbian meals and it was great! One of the best dishes I had there was a steak with apricot, forgot the name of it... prices are pretty much regular as i other olaces in Timisoara - we had 3 main dishes, 3 drinks and one cake for 280ish...

Elegant location, with an "old-ish" flavour. The food is good, I've had some "classic" dishes, like chicken soup and meat&potatoes. They might have some other fancy dishes, can't comment on that. Overall, great for the location, even nicer when weather allows to stay outside. The inside can be a little bit modernized, but keeping the "old" style...you can notice the not-so-good looking floor and others aspects which are not taken...

1 out of 4 people at our table was served immediately, the others waited for their orders a while (although we ordered the same dish). The food lacked flavour, the bread was stale and it felt like everything is given out in small portions (1 slice of bread, 1 chilli pepper/ person). I am sure the place has seen...
