They charge me extra after im done when I clearly said that i came for the discount and we had an agreement on the price but they changed it once we done, I spoke to the person that wanted to charge me extra for some clarification but her clarification didn’t seem convincing enough my voice started to get louder and i let her know that its her mistake however i didn’t want to make a bigger scene so I paid, i will never go back even tho the colour of my hair didn’t turned the way I wanted it but it was done professionally but was not what I want which is extremely frustrating especially when i had to pay extra for something I didn’t asked, the hair lady is so bad at communicating she didn’t even did the colour I wanted her to do she brushed me off and did what she wants which is crazy 🤣 oh my i was really ready to punch something or someone but I kept it together im sure that i wasn’t going to be the last costumer she upsets, with that mindset she have, its going to be a whole lotta list of complaints, oh and the food smell was the cherry on top like it’s haven’t gone any worse already! After getting my hair cut not straight, I decided to give this place another try with a different stylist. I showed her a picture of the color I wanted which was a brown shade. While she was doing it she asked me if it was ok to make it slightly darker - she must have noticed she was making a mistake - I said no I do not want it darker. End result - my hair was black! And her excuse was after I wash it a few times it will be lighter. But I paid to have my hair done, not to go home and wash it and then have the result I wanted. I read the reviews here and decided to go with this place and i have curly hair and i got a haircut with maryam bc everyone seems to recommend her and i can confirm shes amazing, gentle and understanding she explained the process to me and didnt leave me clueless and we discussed the best haircut for my hair and face shape and she got it immediately and also styled it for me after and asked what i perfer to get it dry with a diffuser or not.
