Although it is huge place, but the system is off.. There is no one want to help you if there a problem within such game & many of them have no tickets..

Plus you can't refund your collected tickets BECAUSE there is nobody there.. Why it is opened morning and afternoon when there no one to work to help!!

In addition, if you get "bounse" in your account gaming card, there will be some games you can't play with them..

Another rule they have, game card can't be divided to another card, even if you have 3 kids or more with different ages who are fighting each other in each game ..

Finally, ther is one lady, I want to thank her for her good manner she was cooperative and friendly.. she didn't work there until we are finished at 4p.m.

I wanted to spend my weekend here with my friends. You'd expect them to assist and be nice to teens and costumers. However, to my surprise the staff were really unprofessional and unhelpful. I honestly wouldn't recommend coming here. Maybe another branch/mall or even another place would be better and wouldn't ruin your weekend. That was the last weekend i got to hang out with my friends before they moved out and we chose sparkys panorama mall and unfortunately the staff ruined that by being rude and unhelpful. Please dont make the wrong decision in coming here if you would like to enjoy your time. The staff were really disappointing....

I can't compare it to other playing amusement parks, which have certain standards to abide by. The place is filthy filthy filthy and dusty beyond imagination. The cleaning sprays were thrown around in toddlers playing area irresponsibly. And with this level of filth and lack of hygiene its considered expensive. They insist you buy their rubber socks, you can't wear your own, as if they have any standards of safety or hygiene!! The AC isn't working and ventilation in the area is very poor.
