Four Spa DQ — Attraction in Municipalty of Irqah

I’ve always enjoyed the services at Fourspa, but I recently encountered an issue with their rescheduling policy that was frustrating. I booked an appointment and realized shortly after that I needed to reschedule. However, when I contacted them, I was told that rescheduling must be done at least four hours before the appointment time. The problem was that I had only booked the appointment two or three hours earlier, which didn’t give me a fair chance to comply with the policy.

I understand the need for clear policies, but this situation felt unreasonable and left no room for flexibility. I hope Fourspa considers revising their policy for cases like this, as it affects customer convenience and satisfaction.

This has to be the best nail salon I've visited in Riyadh. The atmosphere is very pleasing and relaxing to be in. The ladies who work there are super nice and very friendly.Though they no longer offer the "on the go" mani/pedi, which was a quick and less expensive fix for your nails, I feel like their prices for the "signature" and "spa" mani/pedi are worth it for the soothing and enjoyable experience. I do not recommend. I did not get what i asked for at all. I sat in that chair for 3 hours getting my nails done and it took the other lady 2 hours to do my toes and then she rushed through it at the end because her other appointment walked in. I ended up paying 118.00 USD for nails I didn’t like and mind you this was a fill that I got I didn’t even get a new set. My toes cost 91.00 USD and I don’t even feel like I got the full service.
