I don’t think I would come back here or recommend to anyone. I came in for a cut and blow and although the girl that was at the front desk was sweet and helpful, my stylist was far from that. Lilas was not very friendly and yea I get it, I’m there for a service but friendliness and hospitality go very far. They don’t even ask if you would like a bottle of water. She also didn’t do a very good job with my blow dry. My hair didn’t even last a day. She also used heat on my hair without adequate protection. She gave my hair two sprays with what I assume was supposed to be “heat protectant” and started to blow dry my hair. After the blow dry, she used very little of hair spray to hold my hair. And for a place like this I expect to see certain type of professional salon products. I did not see any of that.

The cut she gave me was close to what I asked for but considering that my hair is curly she shouldn’t have cut so short. I also think she added too many layers. More than what I originally showed her. Some spots are also a bit uneven. I was able to communicate beforehand what I wanted, with the help of the front desk girl as I don’t speak Arabic. They should give you the option to book with a stylist that speaks English, that way there is no miscommunication at all. After Lilas was done she just grabbed her stuff and walked away. She did not say a word to me. Not you’re done, thank you for coming, Nothing. I know she can speak some English and I understand some Arabic. So I feel there was no effort to even end my service with a “thank you for coming” at the very least. I however thanked her but did not get a response back from her. She also saw I had hair all over my hands and didn’t bother to blow the hair off. I was left trying to brush the hair off myself.

Another thing I would like to note is the restroom was messy and not clean. If I’m coming to a business that charges 200-400SAR for a blow dry, I expect the restroom to be neat and tidy.

Second day update: Major alert there is no service quality guarantee 🛑 If you think with these prices you can comeback the next day if any flaws appeared for them to fix. They won’t fix them.

Charging minimum 250 for a hair cut service we expect a blow dry and a bottle of water at least. I have been to much higher level standers salons AT THE FRACTION of these price list, where i felt really pampered (blow dry, drinks and sweets, even complementary boukhoor).

Back to the Stylists and technicians, The are really friendly and sweet, the girl who did my hair did a nice job, gave me layers without taking from the length.

Finally and most importantly the lash technician Bianca 🤩 the star of my visit. I truly loved how my lashes looked after and surprisingly the feel very light I can’t even feel or see the glue my lashes look so real. I recommend her to anyone looking for a natural pretty effect of lash...

I came in today and booked a package of hair wash, haircut and a volume blow out. This is my second visit to Ombré hair salon and my previous experience was amazing. Last time I hadn’t booked with a recommended hairstylists.

Today, I expected the same and was looking forward to the appointment. Especially since I booked with a well known professional hairstylist who had higher price for experience as well. My hair was a-bit oily and wasn’t washed well, they washed it within two minutes. Not thorough at all. When I came in, no one asked me if I wasn’t anything to drink or offered to take my abaya. Which in my opinion is basic courtesy for a well known salon. The haircut was really nice but the volume wasn’t held up to my expectation at all. It wasn’t held in clips and became flat very quickly. Overall I wasn’t satisfied.

They didn’t even have heat protection for my hair when blow drying. Which given the price should be included.
