An absolute disaster. The company refuses to respond to Viator or to me a out the complaint. Here it is: we booked two tours with this company through Viator. The guide in both cases knew absolutely nothing about what he was supposed to be doing and spent his time on his cell phone. On the first tour he took us to the wrong place and then left us standing around while he spent half an hour on the phone. Eventually I insisted that he drive us back to Cape Town. On the second tour (booked and paid for in advance) they sent the same guide. I checked before getting in the vehicle to make sure he knew what he was supposed to be doing. He didn't! We refused to go with him. All attempt to get a refund or even an apology have met with...
