Took a while to understand it. The old 'Casa del Sol' (the signs are still up) is the one on the beachfront. Lovely view and it looks like a good lunch/dinner place with an attractive menu. The original 'Cape Cafe' is inside at the back in a small shopping centre. Seemingly that's where you get breakfast and they have a different menu to the new 'Casa del Sol'. Unfortunately they were closed on Sunday morning so we couldn't try their breakfast but we'll be back. No view from there though unfortunately - that's only for lunch and dinner at 'Casa del Sol'. Read moreHad a lovely afternoon at Cape Cafe. The service from our waiter Anushka was excellent. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The service was also very fast. Everyone was friendly, there was nice music playing and it wasn't too loud. The food was excellent. We had the focaccia for a starter which was AMAZING (so I assume their pizzas will be good too). The hake and Chips that I ordered as a main was fantastic. A very big, thick and soft piece of hake was served. Definitely value for money! We had a great time and will definitely visit again soon to try the pizza.......

Fleur makes beautiful earrings and the jam is made by the mother who is also the owner of the hairdresser opposite Caoe Cafe. It is indeed a lovely family. In 2025 they kicked off with new and lovely, friendly, efficient waiters. The new waiters are like a fresh cooling sea breeze.
