Visited Computer Mania, Incredible Connection & Markham. Worst services ever. No acknowledgement of clients. Putrit. No wonder businesses get robbed because of this behaviour and more of employers at businesses. Computer Mania was the cherry on top just sitting there listening to Muslim music on his phone with his earphones on and singing whilst I am almost all around him browsing through the shop looking for a specific item I want to purchase. No acknowledgement of me as the client whatsoever. Beyond putrit. This is the kind of services clients receive in shops rating this out of experiences. Don't even deserve one(1) star. I'd like to think you will only receive services based on your appearance when you walk into these stores. So my question would be, how do you determine or tell that when I walked into these stores that I was just there, not looking for anything. Any person walking into a store is a potential client who might buy out that specific store. Therefore 100% services should be rendered and acknowledgement is of vital importance. These mentioned stores can work on their customers service skills because it's beyond putrit and...
Read moreAfter more than 25 years I visited Cavendish Square during my holiday in Cape Town. I literally grew up in Claremont cause back in the days my father worked as a parking attendant. Through my schooling and university I worked at Stuttafords to supplement my income in paying for my studies. Today, returning back, I found the mall developed into a monastery with new modernized buildings, breathtaking shops and even toilets with sensors toilet doors. Eventhough, the mall developed for the better I could find certain structural resembled futures still existing eg car park and the escalators. The mall grew in size and retail shops. The mall is mammoth and requires a tour, on its own, but I did find shopping experience most pleasurable. The variety of shops left me in awe. For now, I fancy 2 shops I found most delightful to visit and indulging. Parking appeared a challenge but I guess taking into account the variety of customer attractions it will remain a thorn. Can't wait for my next visit. Lastly, the xmas tree in the centre of the mall remains the highlight. Limnos Bakery, Fabiani and the Poetry shop I consider worthy to visit...
Read moreIt's a beautiful shopping mall with a selection of great stores. It has conventional stores like Pnp and banks but also has many speciality stores like Aldo and Pandora. What I enjoyed most is that it was not so busy, a nice mix of people doing their thing. The mall has lifts, escalators and stairs that offer options when wanting to go from one place to another. Mall security staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't notice, which I may have missed, is signage for store locations so it may be confusing when looking for a store you have not been to. Beautiful layout, clean and a variety of stores, definitely worth a visit.
Mugg & Bean is a wonderful option when considering what to eat. All the goodies are fresh and delicious. The Lemon Meringue Pie is set to give you a sugar rush for days but the staff are kind enough to split it when you order - half for dine in, half takeaway. The coffee is amazing and they have two stores to choose from. The upstairs store is convenient for a quick coffee on the go and the other store welcomes you with a display of beautiful cakes, muffins...
