My experience at this store was negative due to the rude and unempathetic service from two employees. After choosing two items to buy, the employees approached me rudely indicating that it was close to closing time and that I could not accept any more purchases. When I mentioned that I already had the items chosen, the employees insisted that they would only accept it if I paid by credit card, which I confirmed. When I arrived at the checkout, the employees packed the items again, appearing unfriendly and clearly annoyed at helping me and at the time of payment they indicated that my credit card did not work, however I checked through the app that everything was in order. I gave another different card and again they indicated that it was not valid, clearly revealing that they did not want to waste any more time with me giving the excuse that both cards were not valid. I checked both apps and everything was correct, without any error warnings or transaction attempts. I took a bottle of vodka to the counter to purchase and she didn't even know what it was and where it came from, so I had to show her where it was and the price as well which was 30,000 won. I get home and double check my receipt and credit card and they charged me 30 USD which is significantly more (about 45000 won).
I must say that ive had ok experiences with Shilla in the past, but this particular shop was just awful. Only one kind of vodka (sky vodka) for 30000 won which is still very pricey for duty free. Unfortunately for me I got charged 150% of the advertised price of 30 USD
And when trying to purchase it she kept taking my card from me and putting it into the machine wrong and insisting my card was not working (she was literally putting the non-chip side into the reader. I even used my card again at the coffee shop next to it and it was fine. My wife eventually took her card out and paid it (putting the card in herself).

I have always loved Diptyque perfume and was excited to purchase some products at the Seoul Incheon Airport store before my flight. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
When we approached the perfume tasting area, the sales associate turned her back and returned to the cashier counter. As we sampled perfumes, she simply observed us without offering any assistance. Despite our clear interest in purchasing, she did not engage with us or provide any help.
I also tried the Diptyque lotion and conditioner, hoping to find something we liked. However, the sales associate did not offer any introductions or information about the products, including their prices.
What was particularly concerning was that she served only Korean-speaking customers, ignoring us despite our fluency in English, Japanese, Cantonese, and Mandarin. As an airport store, one would expect staff to accommodate international customers.
The lack of assistance and engagement was disappointing and did not reflect the quality of the Diptyque brand I...
